Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. Probably because it is my Mom's favorite holiday and when growing up I always loved watching her get everything prepped and helping where I could. The smell of the turkey and all of the yummy food cooking just warms my soul! I used to love helping to set the table and making the name cards :) And I loved having all the family over and sitting at the formal dining table. I have so much to be thankful for and what a wonderful holiday to celebrate it all. Since we've gotten older my brother and sister in law so graciously have been hosting at their house and the memories continue to be made :) Now with all the kids it's even better!
New tradition started this year, a thankful wreath. Every day for the month of November we wrote down things we were thankful for and added them to this wreath. A great reminder of all we have to be thankful for.

The guys from work gave Corey a turkey so we made a Thanksgiving Eve feast! This was Corey and my first time making a turkey and I hate to toot our own horn but Toot! Toot! It turned out great!! Our friends Chris and Chelsea joined in on the feast too :)
