As of October 20th our baby girl is 10 months old!! Hard to believe that in less than two months she will be ONE!! She's just the most fun ever!! She is standing and crawling/army crawling and loves to talk!! Her favorite phrase to try to say is I love you. And it just melts my heart to listen to. She loves people and does whatever it takes to attract their attention no matter where we go. She lets out a scream and now is even saying "hey" when she wants my attention.
We have been waiting forever for these teeth to come in and well here they are!! She got her two top teeth and one on the bottom all within a week of each other and the next two top and one on the bottom have almost broken through. I have to say she has been a trooper through it all. Maybe an occasional breakdown but it only lasts about 3 min and then she is back to her happy normal self. I know I say it all the time but I feel like such a lucky mommy.
She continues to eat well and enjoys food. Uncle Al even gave her a cupcake the other night when we did our pumpkin painting and man I wish I had videoed it. She loved every second of it :)
She loves to play with her toys, what kid doesn't :), and does a great job at keeping her self entertained. Although it is much more fun to play with mommy or daddy or Meema or her cousins. But sometimes I catch her talking to herself and laughing at herself too, like she just said the most hilarious joke. It is so darn adorable.
My Mom is the most patient person I know and well she has picked a career that focuses on her patience, 1st grade teacher. She loves her job more than anyone and I love her job because she gets breaks every so often throughout the year and I get to spend more time with her :) This month she had her fall break and Penny and I got to tag along with her and Nana to some pretty cool places. We went to the La Brea tar pits and the LA Farmers Market and we went to the Tea Gardens and even to some great shopping locations and lunch at Cheesecake Factory. I LOVE spending time with my momma and I feel so fortunate to have her so close. I wouldn't have it any other way :)
We were over the moon this month to welcome our newest addition to the family. On October 13th Corey's sis Tisha and her wonderful husband Alex welcomed their third baby into the world, baby Grady. We were fortunate enough to head down shortly after his birth to meet the adorable little bundle of joy. It was so wonderful to meet and hold the little boy, first boy baby of the family on both sides, and we really enjoyed spending time with the whole Klingensmith family. Our little nieces Avery and Harper are quite entertaining and growing up so darn fast.
